  Visit our online portal or bring your item to any local The Body Shop store along with your original proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
