Are your products 100% cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proudly Leaping Bunny certified. We have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we are currently transitioning our entire product range to be 100% vegan certified by The Vegan Society.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition or lightly used.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
